Fire Prevention Week October 4th - 10th

October 4th kicks off NFPA's annual Fire Prevention Week and this year's theme is "Serve Up Fire Safety in the Kitchen!".

Did you know cooking is the leading cause of U.S. home fires and home fire injuries? Cooking equipment causes 49% of all U.S. home fires, 21% of the home fire deaths, and 45% of the injuries, on average each year.
